    I went in to order and waited for my food. The Manager and Shift manager were both super nice! The whole restaurant was super clean. Even though they were really busy, my food was still ready faster than they quoted me. 5 stars!!!!!

    I LOVE their pizza. I'm from Dayton, Ohio originally but have lived in Texas for 39 years now. I ALWAYS order Cassano's Pizza and have a Barq's cream soda with it when I go there once a year. Last time I had it twice. I don't normally like sausage on my pizza but I love Cassano's deluxe.

    Too horrible to even explain. Don't waste your time here. Over a week ago I was asked to email the company. I am not able to post the screen shot of my reply to this website. I have yet to receive a response to the email or from leaving a message the night of the bad experience. AGAIN, do not waste your time at this place. Update: still no reply to my phone call or the email I sent. Ugh....

    Took an hour to get our pizzas, and we got there before the crowd. Tables were dirty, trash was overflowing. We asked for our pizzas to be lightly cooked, they were well done. When we said something to the shift manager, all got was, "sorry bout that. I'll tell them in the back so they'll be more careful next time."

    I ALWAYS have AWESOME fare here & the personnel ROCK, as they are professional & personable!! In the evening of Saturday, April 27th, I visited. I was GRACED to meet a gentleman from the Bronx as well as a couple from Maryland, near Baltimore. This was the first time both parties visited & I was happy to engage them on their "Cassano" experience ... we had such a WONDERFUL time (including my "Thank you for visiting Ohio" gifting of Sweet Potato Bread from the FANTASTIC Young's Dairy in Yellow Springs), that I forgot my food 😮😮 I contacted the Call Center, spoke with Roger, who called Kyler, the manager, who had saved it for me ... these 2 were GREAT!! CONTINUE to SHINE ... &, as usual, I'll be back again next week 🤩😊 #GRATITUDE
